Dj Endorsed for 2009 By Judge Jules.
Daz’s roots have always been trance/progressive house & now he’s back to his best, with his favoured uplifting melodic sound.
As Daz perfected his production skills he created his own ‘Bailey’ project and gained a huge fan in the shape of Judge Jules. Support on Jules’ Radio 1 and Global Warm Up shows led to Bailey’s first track ‘Inspiral’ being snapped up by Penelope Records In Spain.
two more productions in the shape of ‘Shimmer’ & ‘Stylistic’ led to Bailey being endorsed by Judge Jules as the one to watch for 2009. A floorfillers spot on Steve Smart’s Friday night Kiss show soon followed as well as support from Neil Moore BFBS radio, countless local radio dance shows in the UK and Los 40 Principal in Spain. Daz’s mix sets were also becoming a feature on Kiss and Jules’ Global show so it was clear that ‘Bailey’ needed a permanent home. As a result we now see the birth of new label DigiTraxx!
DigiTraxx was launched at the start of 2009 by Daz Bailey and Scott Rosser. Working alongside the established 3Beat label in the UK, this exciting new imprint will primarily be concentrating on the chunky underground Trance/House sounds that are all too evident around the Planet’s clubs.
Between them, ‘Bailey & Rossko’ (as they’re otherwise known) have clocked up almost 30 years experience in the music industry. Daz has DJ’d around the UK & Ireland for the 15 years while Scott has produced many a hit single including ‘Sunchyme’ by Dario G which sold millions. He’s currently recording and remixing as ‘Cahill’ and recently had a hit with ‘Trippin’ On You’.
Their first collaboration together in 2007 was a reworking of the Yazoo classic ‘Don’t Go’. It gained instant support around the globe and as a result, the lads were soon remixing amongst others, the mighty Freemasons, they we’re the first & only producers to be asked personally by the guys to remix their massive hit “uninvited”
2009/2010
As we get to the end of 2009, Daz has featured continously on Judge’s show on radio 1, his remixes of Deadmau5 Kascade-move for me & Angelic-Its my turn 2009 are set for release Dec/Jan.
In the new year, his remix of swedish singing sensation “Agnes-on & on will be released on 3beat records & his first remix for new state, Remady P&R-No Superstar
His higher state track ft Jodie conor, has entered the cool cuts charts, a listed on gaydar radio & starting to build a big following.
With a new track with Judge Jules on the way, the future looks bright for DAZ BAILEY.
